We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Site Superintendent to lead our on-site operations, ensuring each project is executed seamlessly from start to finish. With a mix of leadership and hands-on responsibilities, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and on-site teams to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Perform general construction tasks, including carpentry, insulation, drywall hanging, finishing, painting, trim, and demolition, as needed.
  • Solve problems proactively, addressing on-site challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain meticulous project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to communicate progress and resolve issues.
  • Utilize tools and software, including Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD, to streamline processes.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in residential construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven expertise in managing high-end luxury home builds or historic renovations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, tools, and safety standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work legally in the U.S.
